- Goods will remain property of Spaceman IT Mart Limited until full payment has been received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the Products.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
- Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the Customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns for defective or damaged Products within 2 days of delivery. The Customer must contact us to initiate a return and receive a return authorization.
- Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned Products and will be issued to the original method of payment
8. Warranty and Liability
- Our Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the Product for details.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
